Pricing & Packages
We have listed below our packages based on hourly coverage. However we do welcome bespoke packages if your wedding is running a little different to the norm. Please contact us providing as much info about your day as you can and we will get back to you with a more tailored quote. If you would also like an album with your package we can tailor a package including an album at a lower rate than if you were to purchase one at a later date.
If you feel your day will be needing extra hours due to timings or events such as sparklers you can purchase extra hours at £100phr to a maximum of 11
Extra hours must be something discussed before the wedding day.

Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Staffordshire but very near the Derbyshire border. We shoot locally to these areas but we can travel anywhere within the uk. Additional travel charges will apply
When will we get our photos?
Emma & I have a pretty fast delivery time for getting your images to you after your big day. We won't keep you waiting months and months. 2-4 weeks is about our average delivery time and you will receive them via a password protected link where all your high resolution images will be viewable and easy to download onto home devices. Prints can be purchased through this platform and also very easy to pass onto family and friends for their viewing and downloading if you wish.
How do we book you?
Once we've received a message from you via our contact page, if you want to go ahead with booking us we send you info on how to pay our booking fee. Once paid and the contracts signed you are in our diary! exciting!
We will then get in contact a couple of months before your wedding date to arrange a meet up and chat about the finer details of your day.
What happens after we book you?
After booking us we will have your date reserved and take no other booking on your date, We will be on hand on the lead up to your wedding for any advise or help with anything related to your wedding. We can offer recommendations for suppliers or just be on hand for any niggles you have about anything,
We get intouch with you roughly 2 months before your wedding date to make you aware your remaining balance invoice will be sent soon. We send you a wedding questionnaire via email to fill out and also to arrange a meet up or zoom/phone call (whichever is easier for you) to go over the finer details of your day.
We like to meet/chat with couples around 3 weeks prior to your wedding date so its still fresh in our minds on the big day.
When do we pay you?
To book us we ask for a booking fee of £200. This is a non refundable fee for booking us and the administration in that. It is deducted off your final balance.
Your remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding date. You will receive an invoice via email with 7 days to pay.
what happens if my timings don't fit with my package?
Each wedding is different but to keep our services fair for all couples we offer packages based on hours coverage, (consecutive hours) you can select a package initially but closer to the wedding when you have a timeline of your day if you feel you need us longer than your package hours you can upgrade (but not downgrade) your package or add additional hours on at £100 phr. If you have an early'ish ceremony time or are planning sparklers (especially in summer!) this is an example of when additional hours are needed,
Adding hours is something that needs to be discussed before the wedding day.
Do we cover morning preparations?
Again all weddings are different but we find brides do want morning prep covered as standard, however grooms are not that keen! surprisingly! haha
Unless specifically requested we offer groom prep from the grooms arrival at the wedding venue. This will be a nice chance to get some candid shots of him greeting guests/buttonholes and possibly grouped shots with groomsmen if wanted.
So one of us usually cover brides morning prep and one of us meet the groom at the wedding venue on his arrival.
If there are 2 brides or 2 grooms This still applies.. you will each get one of us on the morning if you want morning prep covered. If grooms don't want it covered we will both meet you at the venue. :)
What if on the day my wedding is running over?
If on the day things have not gone to plan and things are a little over that's not too much of an issue, we will stay for up to 1 hour over our allocated leave time and we will invoice you after the wedding for any extra time. We cant stay too long over un expected as we do have human children and fur babies at home that will be needing to be collected,
Do we have to feed you?
Being a photographer is harder than it can appear. We don't just attend your wedding with a camera and take a few snaps.. we are often on our feet for many hours, working over lunchtime and have lots of heavy equipment and bags on us.
Sometimes we are at venues with no local amenities and a packed lunch in our bags for 7 hours on a hot summers day in the middle of nowhere is not going to energise us in any way haha!
If you have booked us for over 6 hours we do ask kindly that you provide a hot meal for us.
Please let us know if you are not wanting to feed us and we will try and arrange something ourselves, this could involve us having to leave your venue during your sit down meal in search of food!
Do you do sparkler shots?
We do! Although we don't advise or offer them during the months of May -August.
From past experience guests that have been drinking from 2pm-10pm don't quite have the ability to safely hold a sparkler at the time of night needed to do a summertime sparkler shot. After numerous burns to our clothing and hair we do not offer sparkler shots during the lighter evening months as by the time its dark enough to do, safety of us and your guests is questionable and we will not risk it.
